Internet Access:

·         Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:

·         If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

·         If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.

·         In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds:

·         All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

·         Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1.

·         Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

·         Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Accepted credit cards and processing charges:

·         American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch

·         The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

·         There will be a 5% (minimum £5.00) surcharge for all credit/Debit card transactions to cover bank charges.

Area information

The hotel’s biggest attraction is that fact that it’s so easy to get to central London. You can catch a train from Bow Road  Underground station on central Line,  that will take you to Liverpool Street Station in under 5 minutes.
